Pre-registration Rewards – Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter
This pre-registration reward promotion (“Promotion”) is offered by Artur Łaczek, trading as Hypnotizing.Games, with its registered or business address at Pokrzywna 3, 48-267 Jarnołtówek, Poland.

2. Promotion and acceptance
These Terms and Conditions govern the Google Play pre-registration reward for Dash! My Virtual Pet Dog (“Game”).
By pre-registering for the Game through Google Play and accepting these Terms, the user agrees to be bound by them. Users who do not accept these Terms are not eligible to receive the Reward.
No purchase is necessary to participate in the Promotion or receive the Reward.
3. Eligibility
To qualify for the Reward, a user must:
- Have an eligible Google Play account in a country or region where both the Game’s pre-registration campaign and the Reward are offered;
- Successfully pre-register for the Game through Google Play during the applicable Promotion Period;
- Remain pre-registered until the Game is officially released in the applicable country or region;
- Comply with these Terms and the applicable Google Play terms and account requirements; and
- Install and open the Game within the Claim Period described below.
Eligibility is based on the country or region associated with the user’s Google Play account, not necessarily the user’s physical location.
Users must meet the applicable Google Play age requirements. Where required by applicable law, a minor must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
4. Promotion Period
For each eligible country or region, the Promotion begins when pre-registration for the Game becomes available through Google Play in that country or region.
The Promotion ends when pre-registration closes or when the Game becomes available as a production release in that country or region, whichever occurs first.
Promotion dates may therefore differ between countries and regions.
5. Reward
Each eligible Google Play account may receive one pre-registration reward consisting of:
- 1,000 in-game coins
- 10 in-game diamonds
The Reward is provided free of charge and may be used only within the Game. It has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash or other compensation, and is non-transferable and not for resale.
Only one Reward may be issued per eligible Google Play account.
6. Delivery and Claim Period
The Reward will become available after the Game is officially released in the user’s eligible country or region.
To receive the Reward, the user must install and open a supported version of the Game through Google Play using the Google Play account used to pre-register. The Game must be installed and opened within 30 calendar days after the production release becomes available in that country or region.
A compatible device, a supported version of the Game, and an active internet connection are required to verify eligibility and deliver the Reward.
The Reward should normally be credited during the first eligible launch of the Game. No purchase or promotional code is required. If the Reward has not been received within 48 hours after the first eligible launch, the user should contact contact@hypnotizing.games.
Temporary technical or Google Play service issues may delay delivery. The Developer will use reasonable efforts to correct such issues and deliver the Reward to eligible users.
7. Fraud and misuse
Automated registrations, tampering with the Game or reward-delivery process, fraudulent activity, false reward claims, or attempts to circumvent these Terms may result in disqualification when supported by reasonable evidence.
Accounts created or used primarily to obtain unauthorized or duplicate Rewards may also be disqualified.
A technical problem caused by the Game will not, by itself, disqualify an otherwise eligible user.
8. Modification or cancellation
Once the Promotion begins in an eligible country or region, the Developer will not change or cancel the stated Reward of 1,000 coins and 10 diamonds.
If a change is strictly required by applicable law, a binding order, or a mandatory Google Play requirement, the Developer may make only the minimum change necessary and will publish notice of that change on this page.
No change will remove a Reward already validly earned unless required by applicable law.
9. Privacy
Any personal data processed in connection with the Game, the Promotion, or a support request will be handled in accordance with the Game’s Privacy Policy:
Google may separately process information associated with Google Play accounts under Google’s own terms and privacy policies.
10. Consumer rights and governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland.
This choice of law does not deprive users of any mandatory consumer protections available under the laws of their country of habitual residence. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights or liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
11. Google disclaimer
Google LLC is not a sponsor, promoter, or administrator of this Promotion and is not responsible for its operation.
Google Play and related trademarks are the property of Google LLC. Use of Google Play remains subject to Google’s applicable terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
